The Team

Rajesh Kumar Tyagi is an assistant professor at HEC Montreal, Department of Logistics and Operations Management. Tyagi teaches service operations, operations management, and quality management. His current research and consulting interests are in the areas of optimal service delivery design, measurement of service quality, and applications of Six Sigma in services sector. He is the co-author of Six Sigma for Transactions and Service (McGraw-Hill 2005) and A Complete and Balanced Service Scorecard (Financial Times 2008). He has more than 15 publications in science and technology journals and has presented at various national and international conferences. Mr. Tyagi is a Senior ASQ member and SQBOK steering committee member. He is Secretary-Treasurer of Shastri Indo-Canada Institute. He obtained his doctorate in engineering at the University of Ottawa, Canada, and his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
