Welcome to the ICCC

The Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) is the premier, privately funded, not-for-profit, business organization representing over 1000 members from the Canadian business and professional communities.

The ICCC was founded in 1977 and its objectives include:

• Promoting and facilitating trade and commerce between Canada, India and other countries around the world, by creating relationships and links with global business organizations.
• Providing members with a forum for networking, sharing ideas, information and experiences in order to promote mutual business success.
• Creating learning opportunities through seminars, workshops and conferences.
• Recognizing the contribution and achievements of Indo-Canadians at our Annual Awards and Gala Night

A Board of 13 Directors, of which 9 are elected at the Annual General Meeting, governs the organization.   The Board of Directors elects the President.  An Executive Committee is elected within the Board consisting of the President and 4 Vice-Presidents.

An Advisory Board consisting of 11 senior businessmen and professional leaders are appointed by the Board to assist them and to select high achievers/contributors in 8 categories who are recognized at the prestigious ICCC Annual Awards & Gala Night.

Award Nominations for ICCC Annual Awards & Gala Night

It is once again time to recognize the achievements of Indo-Canadians for the 2008 ICCC Annual Awards & Gala being held on Saturday, June 14, 2008.

From a total of 11 Award categories, ICCC invites nominations for 9 categories as set out in the Nomination form attached. Please note that the form consists of 3 pages that have to be completed and the deadline to receive nominations is February 22, 2008.

Please send in your nominations and we would appreciate your effort in forwarding the form to friends and contacts in the community and other organizations, etc. so that we could get as many nominations as possible, thus helping us to select the very best.
