We invite you to come and celebrate with us during the month of August. Indo Canada Chamber of Commerce – Alberta Business Council is celebrating the entire month of August as “India Month” and is organizing various events in the city of Calgary.

The Board of Directors of Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) – Alberta Business Council is pleased to invite you to Indian Flag Hoisting ceremony at City Hall. The event is to be held on August 15th 2010 at City Hall, City of Calgary on McLeod Trail, @ 10.00 AM. We will be honored if you would be present on 15th, August 2010 at 10.00 AM.

Please see the attached poster for other events held in Calgary during the month of August. The council is part of a Canada-wide organization that commenced operations in 1977. Its mandate is to promote trade between Canada and India, provide a forum for networking, including learning opportunities through workshops and seminars.

The series of events are provided below.

1. Monday, August 9, 2010 – Doing business with India. Various speakers will be talking during this event followed by a Q and A session and Lunch @ Global Business Centre (Calgary Economic Development). 120 – 8th Avenue SE. Calgary ∙ AB ∙ T2G 0K6

2. Saturday, August 15, 2010 – Flag hoisting at the City Hall followed by entertainment.

3. Wednesday, August 25, 2010 – Exhibition and Lunch @ Global Business Centre (Calgary Economic Development. 120 – 8th Avenue SE. Calgary ∙ AB ∙ T2G 0K6
